    C-MAX MPEG2/MPEG4 network video encoder compresses moving images and sounds through MPEG2/4 algorithms and transmits moving images of different authority and quality on IP network through MEPG-2/4 OVER IP; while receiving signal and MPEG2/4 decoding will be realized through C-MAX MPEG2/MPEG4 video decoder. C-MAX MPEG2/MPEG4 network video encoder/decoder can be compatible with many popular MPEG2/MPEG4 network video encoder/decoder by adopting standard image compression algorithms and TCP/IP network transmission standard.
